About me

Hello, I am Carmen J., and I am passionate about aromatherapy and natural organic skin care. As your mobile aromatherapist in Sydney's Kogarah area my mission is to enhance well-being by offering personalized aromatherapy massage experiences using only the purest and highest quality essential oils that relax the body, calm the mind, and rejuvenate the spirit. I am also currently working as the resident aromatherapist at a BUPA aged care facility.

I focus on a holistic approach to wellness through the use of essential oils and skilled massage techniques. My goal is to help you achieve relaxation and enhance your overall well-being.

I am a fully qualified aromatherapist with a Professional Certificate in Clinical Aromatherapy by Nature Care College recognised by the International Institute of Complementary Therapists and I am bound by the Code of Ethics of the IICT.

My personal AromaJourney started many years ago where lavender and tea tree oil helped me through a rough patch of anxiety and associated skin problems.

I am a nature enthusiast and believe in the power of mindfulness and the essential role that nature plays for our physical and mental wellbeing. With essential oils we can bring this life force into our homes and benefit from their potent properties anytime anywhere.
